There has been some confusion as to the documentation issues regarding
diabetic shoes. I need to know if an original signed prescription as well
as a Statement is required by Medicare. I have heard conflicting stories
that Medicare allows faxed copies of this Statement and/or Rx and I have
also heard that they do not.
