Hello everyone, my name is Ivanice and I'm an O&P Student at the
International Institute of Orthotics and Prosthetics. This survey was
created for my Clinical Research class. In the survey, I ask questions to
gather information on how COVID-19 has influenced the O&P field by asking
questions specific to students, residents and practitioners.The survey is
completely anonymous, voluntary and should only take about 3-5 minutes to
complete. There will be no compensation for the completion of this survey.
